smart locker Technician - Durban based

Description

Technicians are responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and uninstallation of our vaults, which are situated at various clients’ premises. Work is to be conducted to the clients satisfaction as well as according to the standards set by VaultGroup.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all tools, parts and machinery required for the job are on hand when arriving at a job site
Troubleshoot the vaults in order to identify faults.
Fix identified problems in order for the vault to be operational according to set standards
Ensure the safety and tidiness of the work site
Stay up to date with the necessary admin and CRM system
Ensure that time is managed effectively to ensure all jobs are completed in the allocated time
Communication with the relevant manager
Ensure consistent training on updates to products and software

Requirements

Matric (essential)
Valid drivers license (essential)
Experience in maintenance, installation and repairs
Relevant qualification or diploma is advantageous
Experience with IT and low voltage is extremely beneficial
Good communication skills
Administrative skills
Must be willing to travel to various sites

marketing manager

Description

The marketing manager is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy by keeping up to date with industry trends, customer behaviour and competitive landscapes. They will work closely with external stakeholders and the executive team to refine and execute the business strategy to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

Management
- Oversee the workflow of all members in the marketing department and ensure that project deliverables are met on time and according to the project spec.
- Ensure that all briefs are complete and detailed enough to allow team members to complete tasks.
Brand management
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics that enhance the reputation and value of the brand over time. This involves understanding the brand identity and positioning, developing and enforcing brand guidelines and standards as well as executing marketing and communication programs that align with brand values and goals.
- Ensure that all internal and external communication are in accordance with the brand CI.
- Ensure that the UI and UX on all units are in line with the brand identity and effective.
- Work with suppliers to ensure budget is being spent effectively.
Marketing strategies
- Present relevant advertising opportunities to management.
- Create content and execute said advertising.
- Find and present relevant exhibitions and events that may enhance brand awareness.
- Manage the launch of new products and services across all channels.
- Support the sales team by providing all necessary collateral.
- Develop and maintain an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, objective and values.
Social media
- Ensure that all social media pages of VaultGroup and any of its divisions are updated and align with the brand identity. This includes content creation, posting and community management.
- Maintain and ensure that all websites are kept up to date.
Design and create content
- Create compelling and engaging content across a variety of mediums which includes graphic design, web design, video production, photography and copywriting.
- Develop and maintain a creative vision and strategy that aligns with the business objectives and effectively communicates key messages to target audiences.
Admin
- Ensure that the budget is being effectively spent to achieve business objectives.
- Effective internal communication.
- Responsible for all branded elements, from clothing to stationery.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles. This could include experience in brand management or digital marketing
Prior experience in managerial or leadership positions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical skills for interpreting market data and trends
Creativity for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
Leadership abilities for managing teams and projects
Strategic thinking to develop long-term marketing plans aligned with business goals
Digital marketing skills, including proficiency in social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools
